Spot data
Reminder: as Spot is a decentralized wallet, all your private keys are stored on your phone, and we never have control over them and therefore no control over your cryptos.
We are storing some data tied to the Spot app on your phone, for example:
Some publicly accessible data on the crypto networks from your wallet (an example is sending you an alert when you receive crypto via push notifications: we need to know what your receive address is to do so).
When you add a manual price alert, we are storing the value you entered and the crypto you've selected in order to notify you when the corresponding crypto price reaches your target.
Diagnostic, performance data...
Just ask us to remove your Spot data in the integrated support and we will do so!
I purchased or sold crypto using one of your partners
If you purchased or sold crypto using one of our providers, they may have collected information (for example, verification information during the purchase process). We can ask our providers to start a procedure to remove your personal data. In order to do so, just ask in the support and we will handle it.
