You can now set an NFT stored in your Spot wallet as your Twitter profile picture (pfp).

This feature is only an experiment from Twitter for now and there are a few limitations:

  • only available for Twitter iOS users 🍏

  • it's only available to Twitter Blue users πŸ”΅ ($2.99 monthly subscription)

  • Twitter Blue is currently only available in the US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ, Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦, Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί and New Zealand πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ.

How-to guide

Go to your Twitter profile, tap on Edit profile, tap on your profile pic then then tap on Choose NFT.

In the next screen, tap on Connect my wallet.

In the Connect my wallet screen, tap on the QR code in the top-right corner to display the WalletConnect connexion page.

Tap on the QR code then tap on Copy link.

Open Spot then tap on the WalletConnect button in the Home tab,

then tap on the Use QR Code from clipboard button,

Tap on Connect

Go back to Twitter then tap on Confirm

Go back to Spot and approve the signing request by tapping on Sign.

Done! You will now see your NFTs stored in your Spot wallet directly in Twitter.

Finally just tap on the NFT to set it as your Twitter pfp πŸ‘Œ
