I cannot send my cryptos
Check if your purchase is approved and the cryptos confirmed in your wallet!

Before being able to send your crypto, you need to make sure that the transaction was confirmed on the associated blockchains (Ethereum blockchain for Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, bitcoin blockchain for bitcoin etc.)

💳 I purchased cryptos in Spot

1️⃣ If your purchase is processing it means that it has not been approved yet.

🚨 You can track the status of your purchase in the Activity section of the Home tab. Just tap on your purchase, then tap on Purchase status.

⛔️ Make sure you have checked your email spam folder in case you have been asked for some additional information.⛔️

This purchase is currently processing.
Track your purchase by going to Activity > tap on your purchase > Purchase status.

2️⃣ If your purchase is pending it means that it has been approved and that the cryptos are being delivered to your wallet.

You need to wait until the delivery is confirmed on the associated blockchain. In most cases, this takes a few minutes.

This purchase is currently pending.
Wait until it is confirmed before sending!

3️⃣ The cryptos are confirmed if the purchase icon is red. You can send your cryptos immediately!

This purchase is confirmed.
You can send your cryptos!

📥 I received cryptos in my Spot wallet

1️⃣ If the reception icon is gray, you need to wait until the transaction is confirmed on the associated blockchain before being able to send your cryptos.

This transaction is currently pending.
Wait until it is confirmed before sending!

2️⃣ If the reception icon is blue, this transaction is confirmed. You can send your cryptos immediately!

This transaction is confirmed.
You can send your cryptos!
